Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the TutorTrade application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TutorTrade is operated by Marco Carvalho, independent operator of the SkewSense brand. SkewSense is the brand used for the Service. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to its operator.

TutorTrade is an AI-powered market intelligence application that:

• Monitors market signals, news flow, and price action across user-defined watchlists
• Generates plain-language explanations of market developments
• Provides AI-generated context about possible scenarios, relevant price levels, risk factors, assumptions, and uncertainty
• Tracks portfolio positions and watchlists with contextual information

Available features and usage limits may depend on your selected plan, device, region, and third-party service availability.

All content generated by TutorTrade — including signals, alerts, scenario analysis, AI commentary, and any other output — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• AI-generated analysis is not personalised financial advice
• TutorTrade does not place orders, execute trades, or connect to brokerage accounts
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any financial outcomes

You remain responsible for evaluating any information before making an investment decision.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TutorTrade. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Contact skewsense@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

If you subscribe to product emails, you consent to receive those communications and may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us.

TutorTrade offers free functionality and an optional auto-renewable TutorTrade Pro monthly subscription. Subscription purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

• The applicable price and monthly billing period are shown before purchase; local pricing and taxes may vary
• Payment is charged to the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple’s subscription-management process before renewal
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings
• Restore Purchases is available in the app where supported

Features and usage limits may depend on the selected plan. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without permission
• Attempt to manipulate, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

All content, features, and technology within TutorTrade — including AI models, signal logic, UI design, and branding — are the intellectual property of SkewSense and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkewSense shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, inaccuracies in data, or delayed alerts
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

TutorTrade uses market data from supported third-party providers. Availability and delay depend on the exchange, instrument, and provider. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. TutorTrade Pro does not guarantee real-time market data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting your TutorTrade account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country or region are not limited by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make the updated Terms available through the Service and provide notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
